The Hundred Nuclear 78 is the power all-rounder of the Nuclear series – designed for players looking for a balanced middle ground between classic 4U power setup and pure hyperlight speed. At 78 g lighter than standard 4U rackets (81–85 g), but noticeably more power-focused than its 72 g sibling. The offensive answer to Yonex Astrox and Arcsaber models in the mid-range.

Clearly suited for: Power-oriented all-rounders, singles players with an aggressive style, doubles specialists who want more smash punch, anyone looking for a versatile racket with power reserve. A balanced alternative for players who don't want to go all the way to the hyperlight extreme.
Less suited for: Maximum power players in the 4U format – they're better served by the Hundred Z-Tronic 100. Players who prioritise maximum swing speed will find the more uncompromising hyperlight option in the Hundred Nuclear 60 at just 60 g.
