The Hundred Nuclear 60 is the star of the Nuclear hyperlight series – at just 60 g, the lightest model in the entire Hundred lineup. Designed for players who prioritise maximum swing speed and lightning-fast net reactions without completely sacrificing smash power. A recommendation for tactical doubles players and anyone who dominates through pace.
Playing character: Pace meets power multiplication
The extreme light weight of just 60 g transforms the playing feel: drives, net shots and fast defence are executed at a speed that's barely achievable with standard rackets (75–85 g). The head-heavy balance (BP 330 mm) ensures smashes and clears still carry enough punch – clever engineering that combines hyperlight handling with power.
The flexible 7.0 mm VaporShaft produces a pronounced whip effect that accelerates every shot explosively. Combined with the low overall weight, this creates a racket that excels especially in high-speed rallies. The Acceleration Cap at the shaft end additionally boosts wrist-snap power – ideal for fast cross-drives and cross-drops.

Stringing & delivery
The Hundred Nuclear 60 ships unstrung – we recommend professional stringing at 24–26 lbs (club players) or 26–30 lbs (tournament players) with a speed string like Yonex BG65 Ti, BG66 Ultimax or Hundred CR65. The 32 lbs upper limit allows tight stringing for control-focused players.

Who is the Nuclear 60 made for?
Clearly suited for: Doubles players with a speed focus, tactical singles players, anyone who dominates through pace and reaction. An exciting alternative to the classic 4U setup for players who want to push their swing speed to the limit.
Less suited for: Pure smash machines chasing maximum power output – they're better served by the Hundred Z-Tronic 100 with its 4U power setup. Beginners benefit more from the Hundred Hyfonic 7 with its balanced, more forgiving profile.
